Terms and Condition
All estimates and quotes from ESCASI Ecompreneur Corporation are prepared based on our understanding of your requirements and the agreed timeline. Any modifications to functionality, including minor enhancements, may incur additional costs. To ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings, please confirm our understanding through a meeting or teleconference.
Agreement for Using the Site/App
By using this Site/App, you agree to the terms set forth in this agreement between you and the owner (ESCASI Ecompreneur Corporation). This agreement supersedes prior representations, warranties, and agreements related to the Site/App, including its content, products, services, and subjects. We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the Site/App, and users are expected to review the updated terms before continuing use.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure that all requirements are included in the provided quotes, proposals, or estimates. Clear guidelines and specific details should be shared.
- If details are not provided, we will proceed based on our interpretation. Any discrepancies identified later may result in additional costs.
- All content and materials required for the project must be provided within two weeks of project commencement. Delays may affect timelines and incur additional charges.
Project Timelines and Adjustments
- Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines and lead to additional costs.
- Any bugs reported during or immediately after development will be resolved without additional charges.
- Rework on completed tasks, design changes after approval, or modifications requested during or after development will incur additional charges.
Third-Party Components
Some projects may involve third-party components (e.g., payment gateways, SSL certificates). While we aim to choose suitable components, unforeseen limitations are beyond our control. Costs for third-party components are not included in quotes unless explicitly stated.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Dollars or Philippine Peso, exclusive of GST unless specified.
- Receipt of payment indicates acceptance of the quote, project milestones, deliverables, and terms & conditions.
- Payments related to domain registration, renewal, hosting, or third-party purchases must be made in full and are non-refundable.
- Renewal cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Refund Policy
- If a project is canceled before work begins, 75% of the payment will be refunded.
- If canceled after work starts, a maximum of 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refunds will be provided once more than 50% of the work is completed. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or mail; telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Termination and Renewal
To cancel automatic annual renewals, clients must provide written notice (via email) at least one month prior to the renewal date.
Communication and Correspondence
All communications will typically be conducted via email. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is up-to-date.
Press Releases and Information
Information and press releases about ESCASI Ecompreneur Corporation are available on attendance.escasi-automation. The owner is not obligated to update this information, and users should not rely on content about companies other than ESCASI.
